1. Digital Products (PDFs, Mock Tests, Study Materials)
All our digital products (including but not limited to Digital Books, PDF Notes, and Mock Test Series) are delivered instantly via our automated server system.
- Once a purchase is confirmed, our database is updated to provide you with immediate access.
- Due to the nature of these digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We offer a flexible refund policy for our live, face-to-face services:
- Prorated Refunds: If you wish to cancel a live class subscription, you are entitled to a refund for the unattended sessions only.
- Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions in your billing cycle.
- Administrative Fee: A flat 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover operational and administrative costs.

- Refunds for transactions declared as a Lien or put on hold by any appropriate authority will only be processed after the matter is fully resolved and the hold is lifted.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your bank account (Bank Account) within 25 to 30 working days.
- If you have already paid but cannot access the service, do not click on Clear/Delete Pending Order. Instead, please Contact Us with the details mentioned in paragraph 3 above.
- If you have initiated an order but have not paid for it, please delete the pending order from either the Account section or the Store section before attempting to purchase a new service.
In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification. A flat 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover operational and administrative costs.
5. Modification
ExamTrails.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
6. Proof of Delivery and Dispute Resolution
- Digital Delivery Record: For all digital products, the successful update of the access key in the user's account database and the accompanying automated confirmation email shall be considered as conclusive proof of delivery.
- Usage Logs: ExamTrails.com maintains detailed system logs (including IP addresses and timestamps) of all digital access. These logs will be provided to payment gateways and banking partners as evidence of service fulfillment in the event of a dispute.
- Dispute Communication: Users are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank. We are committed to resolving genuine technical issues or double-payments within 48 hours.
